6307-6345 Sardis Road, Charlotte, NC 28270

The South Park area's first age-restricted active living community will feature fifty-four comfortable apartment-style homes. This beautiful gated enclave will feature stately colonial styling familiar in Charlotte's most traditional neighborhoods combined with new energy efficient features and modern comfort. True to its historical name, every effort has been made to preserve the towering oaks and poplars that give the neighborhood its unique appeal.

Original concept designs have been created for each unit and personal modifications can be easily accommodated through our in-house design team. The comunity center is already complete and features a gourmet kitchen, theater room, gathering room, guest rooms, and a concierge/sales suite. A full resident amenity package is planned.
